These terms apply to “Resonance Publisher” (the “App”), a private tool operated by the owner of the music label Resonance Tapes to publish original music videos to the operator’s own TikTok and Instagram accounts.

1. Scope

The App is used exclusively by its operator. It is not distributed to, licensed to, or usable by other people. No account other than the operator’s own is connected to the App.

2. Content

All content published through the App is original work owned by the operator: music produced with the assistance of AI tools and then curated, arranged and mixed by hand, together with original artwork. No copyrighted third-party music, video or images are used. AI-assisted content is labelled as such where the platform provides a label.

3. Platform rules

The App is used in accordance with the terms of service and developer policies of TikTok and Meta. Publishing is limited to a small number of posts per day, and the operator reviews what is scheduled.

4. No warranty

The App is provided as-is for the operator’s own use. It carries no warranty and creates no obligations toward any third party.
